Research interests:
1. Radiation detector based on wide-bandgap materials
Taking advantage of wide bandgap, we fabricate GaN, SiC, Ga2O3 and diamond based wide bandgap semiconductor radiation detector aimed to the application of nuclear facilities and outer space detection.
2. GaN-HEMT based bio-sensing detector
Fabricating GaN-HEMT based bio-sensing detector to realize high performance Glucose testing improved by Semiconductor photochemical hydroxylation technology.
3. Semiconductor soft radiation imaging detector
developing large-scale perovskite soft material for high spatial resolution X-ray and neutron imaging.
4. Wide bandgap power electronics
Exploring high performance power electronics based on GaN, SiC, Ga2O3 and diamond wide bandgap semiconductor for high power application.
